1 Jan 2027: 19:00 onwards: we will host a cozy gathering to welcome and get to know each other in the wedding venue.

2 Jan 2027: 15:00: start to welcome guests

2 Jan 2027: 16:00: wedding ceremony

2 Jan 2027: 17:30: dinner celebration begins

Dress code: be yourself (even 🐘 pants are welcome :D). In case, you insist on some suggestion: garden party attire — relaxed and comfortable for you. Think breathable fabrics, soft tones, and comfortable shoes suitable for an outdoor garden setting. Bring a light layer for the cool evening air.

We know the celebration is still some time away, and we completely understand if your plans are not yet certain. If you are able to RSVP once you have a sense of your availability, it would help us tremendously as we work to finalize our venue arrangements based on the number of guests attending. It would be great if you can confirm your attendance by 30 Jun 2026.

🧳 How to get there and where to stay?

✈️ The city airport is Lien Khuong airport (DLI), about 30 km south of Da Lat. From DLI airport to Da Lat city center, you can either take Airport shuttle bus (40,000 vnd) or LADO taxi (155,000 vnd within 35km range, you must insist on using the package for Airport – City center to get this price). Note: DLI is closing for a six-month upgrade from March 4 to August 25, 2026. We will update via email when the airport is confirmed to reopen.

✈️ International airports nearby are in Ho Chi Minh city (Tan Son Nhat airport – SGN) and Nha Trang city (Cam Ranh airport – CXR).

🚌 You can consider sleeper buses to Da Lat from HCMC (Duration: 8 hrs daytime, 5hrs nighttime) or Nha Trang city (3.5hr). Sleeper buses depart for Da Lat from HCMC and Nha Trang city every 30-60 minutes almost 24/7. You can check via https://futabus.vn/. The best part of Futa bus is that they offer free transfer van service (from and to your accommodation) in Da Lat and Nha Trang.

🏡 Our wedding venue will be in the city center to make it easy for you to explore Da Lat, since public transport is still not a thing in our small city. We will update more details about accommodation adjacent to wedding venue once we finalize where we want to host the wedding via email.
