During AK’s two-year fellowship with Teach For Vietnam, AK was stationed in a rural village, hosting foreign volunteers from time to time. Meanwhile, Lukas came to Vietnam to visit friends who inconveniently had jobs. To keep him entertained (or maybe just out of their hair), they shipped him off to AK’s place via the AIESEC network. Neither expected much — but one shared project, a lot of banter, and several questionable snacks later, they were still talking.
